Why Choose a MAXUS Dealership — Four Differentiators

A MAXUS Caribbean dealership is a single-brand partnership that covers pickups, SUVs, MPVs, diesel vans, and the full electric range — backed by SAIC Motor, a Fortune Global 500 automaker.

Protected Territory Exclusivity

Qualified dealers receive an exclusive MAXUS territory — no competing MAXUS dealer in your country or defined zone. Your sales, service, and parts revenue are not cannibalized by another MAXUS storefront.

Factory-Trained Technical Support

Your service techs are certified by SAIC Motor's dealer academy on both diesel pickup platforms and high-voltage EV drivetrains. Escalations route to regional engineering within 48 hours for complex cases.

EV-Ready Product Mix Ahead of Competitors

MAXUS leads Europe in electric van sales. Bringing eDeliver 9, eTerron 9, and MIFA 9 to your territory positions your dealership for fleet electrification mandates before Ford, Toyota, or Isuzu offer a Caribbean-homologated EV.

Direct Factory Pricing, No Import Broker

MAXUS Caribbean is the regional distributor — not a reseller. Dealer invoice pricing flows directly from SAIC Motor to your showroom with no third-party import broker markup between factory and dealer.

Who Should Apply for a MAXUS Dealership?

The MAXUS Caribbean dealer program is designed for four specific dealer-principal profiles. Review each profile below to confirm fit before applying.

Existing Auto Dealer Groups

Ideal for dealers already running Toyota, Ford, Isuzu, or GM franchises who want to add a complete commercial-vehicle line without conflicting with an existing franchise agreement. One MAXUS agreement covers pickups, SUVs, MPVs, diesel vans, and the full EV range.

Entrepreneurs with Showroom Space

Ideal for first-time auto entrepreneurs in underserved territories who already control a qualifying showroom and service facility. MAXUS Caribbean provides the brand, the products, the training, and the launch playbook.

Fleet-Services Businesses

Ideal for logistics, delivery, and fleet-management operators who want to sell the same vehicles they already run — typically starting with eDeliver 9 and Deliver 9 for last-mile and inter-parish routes — and capture the retail margin themselves.

Import & Distribution Businesses

Ideal for established import and parts-distribution businesses wanting to add an authorized-brand franchise with factory warranty backing and a regional parts supply chain already in place.

Government & Municipal Fleet Resellers

Ideal for resellers with procurement relationships inside ministries, utilities, police, and parish councils — where a single-brand full-range (pickup + van + MPV + EV) simplifies a government fleet tender.

Tourism & Hospitality Fleet Partners

Ideal for operators serving hotel groups, airport-transfer companies, and excursion fleets needing quiet, air-conditioned MPVs (MIFA 9, G10) and a 14-seat passenger Deliver 9 — with an EV option for sustainability-led properties.

Frequently Asked Questions — MAXUS Dealer Program

Direct answers to the questions prospective MAXUS dealer-principals ask most. For territory-specific numbers, email dealers@maxuscaribbean.com.

What is the minimum investment to become a MAXUS dealer?

Minimum investment varies by territory, based on showroom footprint, starting inventory, and service-bay tooling. Typical territories require a qualifying facility, a starting inventory of 10 to 25 units across the lineup, and working capital for parts and training. Exact figures are reviewed during the Discovery Call.

Which Caribbean territories are currently open?

Open territories include Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Guyana, Suriname, the Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia, and several OECS territories. Jamaica is currently assigned to China Wheels. Territory availability changes as agreements are signed — apply early to secure first pick.

What training and support do you provide?

New dealers receive factory sales certification, service-technician training on both diesel and EV platforms, launch marketing assets, co-op advertising support, a regional parts supply chain, and a named regional account manager. Training combines on-site sessions at your facility with online modules from SAIC Motor's dealer academy.

How long is the onboarding process?

Standard onboarding runs 90 to 120 days from signed agreement to showroom opening. The timeline covers facility build-out or conversion, staff recruitment and training, initial inventory shipment, parts stock-up, and launch-marketing activation. Faster timelines are possible when a qualifying facility is already operating.

Do you offer financing for vehicle inventory?

Floor-plan financing is arranged locally — MAXUS Caribbean introduces qualified dealer applicants to regional banks and vehicle-finance houses that have supported similar dealer networks. Terms are quoted once the territory agreement is in principle. We do not extend direct factory credit to dealers.

Is the dealership territory-exclusive?

Yes — qualified dealers receive exclusive territory protection within their country or defined zone. Exclusivity is tied to meeting sales and service standards set at signing. No competing MAXUS dealer operates in the same territory.

Partner Stories — Coming Soon

MAXUS Caribbean will publish dealer testimonials and launch-case studies as new territories open. Every story is gathered with explicit written consent from the dealer-principal — we do not publish unverified quotes.
